FOLIO · §05Treatment Methodology
§05 · Folio · Methodology

A five-stage clinical protocol for reproducible behavioural change.

Every patient case follows the same disciplined methodology — assessment, diagnosis, intervention, reinforcement and monitoring. The result is reproducible clinical outcomes, not improvised therapy.

§05.0
Protocol Overview · Five Sequential Stages
STAGE 01

Assessment

Structured intake. Symptom history. Trigger mapping. Baseline measurement.

STAGE 02

Diagnosis

Clinical hypothesis. Subconscious driver identified. Protocol selected.

STAGE 03

Hypnotherapy

Active treatment sessions. Targeted intervention. Per-session adjustment.

STAGE 04

Reinforcement

Inter-session protocols. Daily anchors. Pattern stabilisation.

STAGE 05

Monitoring

Outcome tracking. Re-assessment. Closure or extension decision.

§05.1
Stage 01 · Assessment

Diagnostic intake.

The first session is primarily diagnostic. We map presenting symptoms, behavioural patterns, triggers, history and outcome objectives. No treatment is delivered until the assessment is complete.

A/01 · INPUT

Symptom Profile

Documented presenting concerns, frequency, intensity and duration.

A/02 · INPUT

Trigger Map

Identified situational, cognitive and emotional triggers that activate the pattern.

A/03 · INPUT

History Review

Relevant background, prior treatment, current health context, lifestyle factors.

A/04 · OUTPUT

Baseline Score

Quantified baseline against which all subsequent change is measured.

§05.2
Stage 02 · Diagnosis

Clinical hypothesis & protocol selection.

D/01

Driver Identification

Mapping the root subconscious pattern producing the presenting issue.

D/02

Protocol Match

Selection from suggestion / regression / analytical / integrative protocols.

D/03

Outcome Plan

Defined target outcome, success metric and projected session count.

§05.3
Stage 03 · Hypnotherapy

Active intervention sessions.

Sessions are delivered in a controlled clinical environment. Each session opens with check-in, moves into induction and deep-state work, and closes with debrief and reinforcement assignment.

§05.4
Stage 04 · Reinforcement

Stabilising the new pattern.

New patterns require reinforcement to outlast the active treatment phase. Inter-session protocols ensure the change is integrated into daily life.

§05.5
Stage 05 · Monitoring

Outcome tracking & closure.

Treatment closes only when measurable outcome targets have been met and stabilised. Follow-up checks ensure the change holds beyond the active engagement.
